With the surveys complete it was finally time to return to the neighborhoods again to administer them.
The day began with Mr. Schiera presenting the results of the survey the employees had taken the day before. The results showed that the employees felt that Leaders of Change felt more like school than work, mostly due to the fact that they were not allowed to leave for lunch. Mr. Schiera challenged the employees to advocate for themselves and create a plan and proposal that would allow them to get the most out of their lunch hours. Then the teams split up for the respectice activities. Team E visited LaSalle all day. The other teams divided their days between going out into their neighborhoods to conduct the survey, and making a calender of everything they need to accomplish and when in order to apply to colleges with Ms. Berry.
